The Cole Kids Academy
Two continents. One classroom. A whole lot of wonder.
We’re the Cole family, and we built TCKA because learning should be as boundless as curiosity itself. Our micro homeschool stretches between the US and Kenya, not because we had to, but because when your life spans two continents, the classroom should too.
Our children don’t just study the world; they inhabit it. They navigate between cultures, landscapes, and ideas, chasing questions across ecosystems and economies, time zones and traditions. This is learning on our terms: rigorous, joyful, and as unique as the kids themselves.
What shapes our days:
Adventure as pedagogy — Every unit of study is a journey. One week it might be the Great Rift Valley, the next it could be how things are built, grown, or made in our own backyard. Geography becomes curriculum. Curiosity becomes compass.
Intentional balance — Academics, creative practice, and physical exploration share equal footing. A sharp mind deserves a full life, so we make room for all of it.
A global lens, worn daily — Growing up across continents isn’t a backdrop, it’s the education itself. The fluency our children develop between cultures, languages, and perspectives is something no single classroom could offer.
Through every journey, every question chased, every new corner of the world explored, it all comes back to something our oldest said when she was four:
We love to learn.
